The Kids Who Heard Their Paint Palette Sing

Our Students expressive arts night inspired by Russian abstract artist Wassily Kandinsky. Kandinsky had a rare condition called synaesthesia - the capacity to see sound and hear colour. The young artists from Jarratt Create & Educate were challenged through blindfolds and instruments to recreate the condition and produce their own artworks and dances. Ellen Jarratt said, "It was wonderful to see how the children used their imagination to combine colour and sound in their own unique way."  Enjoy the video!
